Cannon Chaos

Theme

With the theme chaos I thought it would be a good challenge to make a puzzle game.  Both the aesthetic - pirates - and the solutions fit the theme. The movement of the cannonballs and the explosions that result from a correct solution are chaotic.

The majority of the art and 3D models were created by me during the jam from scratch, however the audio was not. Music: The Buccaneer's Haul by Shane Ivers -https://www.silvermansound.com

Controls

All of the controls get introduced during the tutorial of the game so read the captions at the top. If you get confused by a mechanic or level you can watch the solution video. Also if you miss the enemy ships you will need to restart with R, the game will not do this for you. 

• Click a tile to highlight it
• Click an arrow to change the rotation of the selected tile
• R is to restart
• Spacebar is to fire
• Click either the barrel or shield icons to turn the selected tile into the a barrel or shield tile. (I ran out of time to make an undo button for this, so if you mis click either of these you will need to restart the level with R)
• Mouse wheel to zoom in and out if needed
• Escape is to return to the menu
